Our first official attraction was the visitor center at Grand Teton National Park.

From there, we made our way to the Chapel of the Transfiguration. Many of these photos were taken by Bella. She has taken a recent interest in photography.

That evening, we enjoyed dinner at Bar J Chuck Wagon. Before dinner, they offered fresh biscuits and honey.

In one of my counseling books, the author, Mary Pipher, states that some of the most meaningful memories center around meals, vacations, and time outdoors. We crossed off all three this evening!

The meals were similar to what you would have been served on the wagon trail: meat, beans, baked potato, applesauce, cornbread, and spice cake.

Then we were treated to a concert of western music.
