Gone Fishing

Curtis really enjoys fishing. He's a pretty calm, quiet kid who likes peaceful activities; so fishing fits his personality pretty well. He hasn't had many opportunities to fish, so Andy decided to make it happen for him a few weeks ago. 

He caught one! 

I was also happy to hear he threw it back after this photo was taken.

Visiting Bella at College

Over Labor Day weekend, we drove up to Muncie to visit Bella at college. She showed us around campus. We walked through buildings she has classes in and spent some time in some of her favorite hangout spots. It was nice to get a better idea of what her day-to-day college life is like and it was so wonderful to see her! Here are some photos of the day. . .

Fewer things make a mom's heart happier than all of her kids together. I love them each so much. 

Tennis

Tennis season began right along with the start of the school year. Both boys played and Andy coached again. I'm not the greatest at taking photos during matches, but one of the team moms got a few of the boys.

Whenever one of the kids is playing a sport, it definitely busies up our weeknights - even more so with Andy being the coach. But now that both boys are in high school and are playing the same sport, they had the same schedule. So that was nice!
