The youngest kids hunted in the cemetery.

Bella's group hunted on the church's front lawn.
As always, the kids scored a bagful of candy and prizes.

Here they are holding up their favorite prizes.

Later in the day, we dyed eggs! This year we wised up and put gloves on everyone's hands. In past years, we always ended up with stained hands on Easter Day.

I asked Curtis to smile. This is what he gave me.

Bella did all of her eggs multicolored. So creative.

Sunday morning brought us all together for the Sunday School Easter Program. Graydon was a little reserved when it came to delivering his lines. But he spoke clearly and did a great job. "On this Easter morning, we are glad to say. . . Welcome to our program. Happy Easter Day!"

Curtis raced right up and delivered his lines without hesitation. "God loves the world and sent His Son to bring that love to everyone."

Then they "sang" a few songs. There wasn't a lot of singing from this little crew, but their adorableness more than made up for it.

Bella had some tricky words like "Magdalene" and "Siloam" in her reading, but she managed just fine.
I tried to get a photo of all three kids at the end; but the boys were just a bit distracted.

After church!

Then we hunted for baskets. Here Graydon is "super hot" as he considers where his basket could be.

With a little more hinting, he found it!

A new Batman beach towel, Ninja Turtle stickers and cup, goggles, and candy.

Curtis stripped down to his underwear (as usual); but draped the blanket on himself like a kingly robe as he hunted for his basket.

A Ninja Turtle beach towel, Spider Man cup, Ninja Turtle stickers, goggles, and candy.

Bella's hot clues led her to the oven, but she hesitated since she usually isn't allowed to open it.

There it is!

A new beach towel, swim suit, hair accessories, goggles, and candy.

They were all most excited about the goggles and are now ready for the pool this summer!

The boys bow ties are so cute. As for Bella, she keeps getting prettier and prettier!
