This was another big year of growth for Curtis - specifically in size. He grew at least four inches this past year. Standing at a little over 5'8", he is now the tallest Kilps in our house. He remains very passionate about basketball and spends the majority of his free time shooting the ball outside or practicing his dribbling. Seventh grade was an adjustment for him since the amount of homework dramatically increased. But he has managed to maintain all A's, so he is figuring it out and doing what needs to be done. Seafood remains his favorite food group - shrimp specifically, but he enjoys most of it. He's also a big milk drinker, probably going through one gallon a week just himself. He has a big sweet tooth, but started reading labels and limiting his sugar because he wants to have a healthy body for basketball. He continues to be such an easy kid to parent. We are so thankful for him and that we get to be his parents. Happy Birthday, Curtis! You are SO loved!
