Front tooth - no more!

Before: her tooth was so loose that you could literally twist it around.  As you can see, all of the wiggling created quite a space between the front and side tooth.

After: we were all so relieved to get this tooth out!  I got a little queasy every time she turned and twisted it.  It was time!  Andy yanked and out it came!  It had gotten so loose that it didn't even bleed.

Look at that space!

Our little girl is growing up!

Pumpkin Farm

We can't let fall slip by without a trip to the pumpkin farm.  Or, as it turned out, two trips to the pumpkin farm.  I took the boys with their playgroup on a Thursday and we went right back to the same place three days later with our church group.  We love this little farm, so going twice is quite a treat.

If you look closely at Bella's mouth, you will see that her front tooth is twisted.  That thing dangled for a good week before she was ready to finally pull it out.  But at last!  This past Thursday she braved up and out it came.  Yay!

Camp Hope

It looks like I'm officially over a week behind in my photos here.  Last Saturday, October 13th, we spent the day up in North Jersey with a small group from our church at our denomination's church camp.

The autumn air was crisp in the morning hours.  The kids ran around the lake and explored these new, beautiful surroundings.

We played some games.

Sang some songs.

Skipped some rocks.

Went canoeing.

And made some crafts.

An autumn day full of quality time with family and friends. Sounds perfect to me!

Stay tuned for some pumpkin farm photos!

Apple Picking

I think that apple picking is one of my most favorite fall activities.  Now it's something that the kids look forward to as well!

I took a ton of photos. . . so I'll just let them tell the story of our day.

We made three batches of apple crisp and one apple pie. This is my only photo from that.  Three kiddos in the kitchen can get a little crazy!

Our house smelled so good and our treats tasted even better!
